Refunds for cancellations depend on the notice period given:
• 10+ days notice: Full refund of the deposit.
• 4 to 7 days notice: 50% refund.
• Less than 4 days (96 hours) notice: No refund.

Vehicle collection and return are free of charge at our main office and the port. If you wish to be served at other locations on the island, this can be arranged only upon request.
Who is responsible for traffic fines or violations ?
The renter is solely responsible for all traffic tickets, fines, and administrative penalties incurred during the rental period.
